From now until about early next year, your grocery stores and farmers’ markets will be stocked with piles of these varied, versatile squashes!
Fall is the perfect time to stock up on winter squash not only because this is their harvest season, but also because they store for months at a time in a cool, dark environment. So you’ll have them whenever you need them!
