I don’t know about you, but when the weather starts to get cold like it is, all I want is a creamy hot drink and a fuzzy blanket.

There’s something so comforting about a steaming mug of something, not just in the drink itself, but in cradling it between your hands and letting the heat wash over your face. I can’t help but grin when I’m snuggled up with a big mug of something warm!

It’s not just me right? You feel that way too?

Both turmeric and ginger are anti-inflammatory herbs that work wonders to cure heart burn or soothe nausea and an upset stomach. Turmeric has also been shown to prevent heart attacks, delay diabetes onset, promote both brain and skin repair, inhibit histamine release, improve the quality of sleep, and even fight cancer!

Ginger is also a crazy hard-working herb, and works to improve blood circulation in the body, prevent colds and sickness, fight respiratory problems, strengthen the immune system, improve vitamin absorption into the body, and fight colon and ovarian cancer!

These healthy powerhouses add the benefits of cinnamon to this creamy, delicious drink. Cinnamon has been shows to reduce diabetes patients’ blood sugar levels and reduce unhealthy cholesterol levels. It also helps to soothe an upset stomach and prevent colds and the flu, just like ginger and turmeric! Cinnamon also helps fight infection!
