- 2 parts tequila
- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 part lime juice
- 1 part rosemary simple syrup (To make the simple syrup, boil equal parts water and sugar with 2-3 stalks of rosemary and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool before using.)
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker hall full of ice. Shake well for 30 seconds then pour into a glass and serve.
- Add all of the ingredients in a large pitcher or container. Stir to evenly combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Stir one more time before serving over ice (optional) or in a sugar rimmed glass (optional). Happy Holidays!
