I am so excited about this Memorial Day weekend!
I’ll be headed out of town to enjoy a Memorial Day/graduation weekend celebration with my extended family, and I’m looking forward to a little music-filled one-on-one road time with my little sister! (Prayers on prayers that we don’t run into any crazy traffic… BLECH)

One Sheet Charred Meyer Lemon Roasted Chicken and Asparagus (Use regular lemons in this recipe since you might have trouble finding Meyer lemons at this time. Especially wonderful for those without a grill!)
Rutabaga Fries (If you can’t have dairy, just omit the cheese and enjoy these nightshade-free fries with your favorite dip, homemade ketchup, or aioli!)
Zucchini Noodles (Add pesto, tomato sauce, fresh herbs or simple sea salt to these noodles after cooking. Or serve them raw with sauces!)
Easy Red Wine Chocolate Mousse* (This recipe is quick, easy, and decadent and it can easily be make a lot for a crowd or just a bit for a small number of people. If you don’t do wine, just omit and use an equal amount of water.)
