- 2 cups baby spinach, washed well
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, washed well
- 1 apple, sliced and cored
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
- 1 1/2 cup filtered water
- Add all ingredients to a a large, high-powered blender.
- Blend on high speed until liquified and smooth, about 3 minutes.
- For a smoothie-textured drink, serve as is. For a juice that has no pulp, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Enjoy immediately.
