I don’t make new years’ resolutions anymore because I never stick to them, but I did set a goal for myself for myself to try to be healthier and take better care of my body this year.

So far in my efforts towards a healthier me I’ve eaten a ton of cookies, drank some red wine, and snuggled into the couch with this sugar pie.

Noooottttt exactly starting off on the right foot.

Starting to work on a healthier me begins… where else??… with food. And for me, it’s much easier to eat healthy when the food is something I can get excited about!

Hi Lina, I really love the idea of cranberry+beets. Honestly I don’t like the taste of beet root but I guess with cranberry I think I’m going to give it a go. Thanks for sharing 🙂

Danielle, I had these in the fridge for five days and they were still great. I wouldn’t go much longer than that though!

Hi Stephanee, I’m so sorry it took me so long to reply! You should remove the seeds from the orange, grapefruit, and apple before blending. I like to use seed-less citrus as a shortcut 😉 I hope this helps! Happy juicing <3
