As anyone who follows the paleo or auto-immune paleo diet knows, the holidays can be a tough time. Finding delicious holiday recipes made of whole foods that don’t use any dairy, gluten and grains, or nightshades this time of year can be a struggle, especially if you have family members who aren’t paleo or AIP. Those familiar but off-limits dishes can start to look pretty darn tempting!
Since I’ll find myself in that position yet again this year, I’ve created an extensive paleo and AIP Thanksgiving menu with many options that mimic some of the traditional holiday dishes.
